Jacques van Wyk is the CEO of ion smart document solutions, with over 30 years' experience in business process automation and digital transformation. He previously held CEO and COO roles at Ricoh South Africa, working across more than 35 countries in emerging markets. Jacques is passionate about helping organisations simplify processes, adopt smart technology, and achieve sustainable growth. Outside of work, he enjoys birding and exploring the African continent as an avid overlander.

Lourens leads ion Smart Workflow Solutions and brings over 16 years' experience modernising and optimising businesses. He helps SMEs find and fix wonky business workflows to unlock efficiency. Outside of work, Lourens is a proud father, a golf tragic, and a certified CrossFit coach.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Steve is passionate about building a best-in-class operations team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. Outside of work, Steve is a proud father and grandfather, heavily follows English football, and competes in B-grade 8-ball pool.
